How we measure improvements

We measure visits to Studio, starting to type, accepting a camera capture, viewing Preview and trying Share. We also count capture-screen visits, camera attempts/readiness/permission denial or failure, sign-in attempts/returns/failures and publication attempts/failures. A random first-party cookie lasts up to 14 days and prevents repeated actions from inflating these counts.

We record only fixed campaign labels and milestone times in this measurement record—not your form text, camera content, email, full URL or browsing history. A separate account-linked record confirms your first publication and its campaign source. It helps us distinguish actual published profiles from clicks. Your public profile and account are stored separately for the service itself.

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable client milestone collection. We do not install an advertising pixel. Clearing the in5 cookie resets the anonymous identifier. A successful first publication still forms part of our service totals; with these privacy signals it is recorded without a campaign source.

Anonymous milestone records are retained until the October launch campaign is reviewed, with removal scheduled in our operating plan by 30 November 2026. Account-linked first-publication records are retained with your account for aggregate growth reporting.
